Caller ID on TV

When FIOS was installed (on 12/20/10), the installer set up the caller ID on all of the TV's. He said it would take 24-48 hours to start working.  It has not started to work yet!  Please explain what needs to be done to get caller ID to work on all of my TV's.  Thanks

Check to make sure that the alert display is enabled.

Go to menu--->Settings---->Caller ID  and make sure that the "alert display" is "enabled". If it is not, enable it. If it is, disable and re-enable.

If you still do not get the Caller ID. Reset your router (hold the reset button for 10 seconds), once it reboots try again.

If you still do not get it, then call tech support  888-553-1555
