Can I download programmes from my DVR when I move ?

I am moving from Maryland to PA and have some programmes on my DVR that I do not want to delete .

Is there any way to take those programmes with me ?

If you are planning to get FIOS. take the DVR with you.  There is a plan for that.

Else you would have to play them and record the SD output to some other device.
