I have Home Media DVR service but I can't schedule recordings remotely through the web or through the mobile portal. I can see the listings, but I don't get the link to record. My neighbor with the same setup as me has no problem scheduling shows to record over the web.

Do you both have the same router? It may be that the site is having trouble seeing your DVR through the router. Could be a simple reset of your router. Anycase I would call tech support and have them look into it.
