Thanks for posting a follow up report. Yes it should not be that difficult, but there is the link that must be able to track your IP address of the router, and the router must have the correct settings, and the STB must be set for it, and the backend at Verizon must know you have the service, and the website must display it properly. Many things can break in that chain. It should be a simple fix and not rocket science. Any tech support agent should be able to make it work on the first call.
