Pay per view movies are now unwatchable for me on all 4 of my TV's. Every minute or so the picture and sound
stop for a split second and totally ruins the viewing experience. I contacted Verizon and they sent me a new
Router convinced that was causing the problem but it did nothing, in fact the problem may be worse. Has
anyone with this problem successfully solved this? I am getting ready to move to Optimum if I can not resolve
this.

Couple of things:
1) Have you tried tightening all of the coax connections? If it is all TVs, then start at the ONT (need to open it up) and start from there.
2) What type of STBs do you have? Reason I ask is you can go in to diagnostic menu to see what your MOCA rates are. How you get in to diagnostic menu is based on STB type.

Hi,
I have checked the coax connections and they are secure. Regular picture clairty is fine, the issue is only
with pay per view. The STB's are QIP 7232 2. What kind of MOCA rates should I be seeing?
Thanks!
