This is the third time this week the DVR has crashed. At the end of a taped show, I press the stop button and everything goes blank for a few seconds. Then the DVR reboots. This really stinks becuase everytime I'm filming something else and I miss 10 min while the DVR reboots. This whole upgrade is the worst!! Please fix Verizon.

You have a bad box. You need to have them swap it out with a new one. Either call them or do a live chat. Tell them whats going on and that you want to replace it.

I once had a similar problem, and come to find out that the DVR (I'd had it for 15 months) was overheating and I guess some requests just overloaded it. I looked at the back of the unit and the fan was filled with dust. I blew it all out with an air can several weeks ago and have had no interruptions since. Hope this helps.
