DVR is cut in half ???

My DVR (6416-2) has about 8.5 hours of HD video recorded on my DVR, but it says it's 91% full.

According to the Verizon web site (an my memory as well), it should hold about 20 hours of HD video.

 

What's up ? How can I fix it ?

Pull the plug for 30 seconds.  This happens occasionally with the current FiOS DVR software.
