Curious to see if anyone else is having, or has had a problem with recordings skipping portions or just stopping during playback. If so has it been corrected? Everything worked really well for about 2 years then almost every recording had issues..which occurs with any channel with both regular TV and HD programming and I have not made any changes to the way the original equipment was installed. Verizon has sent me 2 different DVRs and the problem has not yet been corrected. I am beyond frustrated and am seriously considering dropping Verizon. I am currently recording a series on 2 channels with the hopes that I can actually get to see the whole thing as there is nothing worse than sitting down to watch something and missing parts of it or it just stopping when things are getting interesting.
It sounds like its a problem with the signal since the new boxes are having the same problem. We will need to setup a service call. I have sent you a private message to get more information.,
