I've received my upgrage email, and I've followed the instruction of clicking the DVR icon. After I log in, the screen hangs up for about 2 minutes while "retrieving my records" and that's as far as it goes. I never progress to the next screen to choose the DVR that I want to upgrade.
My only thought is that I have 2 residential iines at different addresses. My weekend home (no FIOS service) always seems to display first when I log in. Maybe the system is trying to retrieve DVR info from that sub account and finding nothing?
Can I upgrade as a walkin at a FIOS store if I've already received the upgrade email?

Rather than sign in to MY VERZON, i entered my phone number and last payment. This seemed to do the trick. Again, I think the fact that I had two lines under my account caused the problem. Entering the primary phone number seemed to solve it.
