Hi! It seems that the digital adapter in one room does not display the channels anymore. Can someone please kindly provide assistance? This affects only 1 set since the other rooms have the actual set-top boxes.

that happens every once in a great while, and all you have to do is unplug the power for the box, wait ten second, and plug her back in. should work like a charm!
