For example Cablevision and Time warner offer FREE WIFI when you leave your house. You just log in with your password.

I found the instructions in this link to be helpful. You might look them over if you have a non-Windows device you want to use. I haven't used it yet myself.

I am very disapointed in the Verizon Hot Spot coverage, having switched from Cable which has very broad Free WiFi coverage. Basically here in Pa, NJ and DE. If you need the free hot spots stick to Cable. I miss the coverage I has since I switched to FiOS...

Hi jerro:
Re: EDITING POSTINGS
You do have "some" time in which to edit a posting of yours.
Can't remember if it s 15 minutes or 1 hr.
After posting read your posting if it needs editing you can then do it....or is it ...do it then ??
I Just added this line by editing above.

I seem to recall reading 24 hours somewhere. But recollections and facts are often out of sync these days.
Also, I believe the ability to edit is only until another post is made. Once someone else comments, editing could distort the sense of subsequent posts. So that seems reasonable to me. Before someone objects that following posts may not relate... The moderators could not monitor every post and make post by post decisions.
