After the program guide upgrade I am unable to utilize the ability to rewind 1 channel after viewing a 2nd channel for a period of time, say 20 or 30 minutes, after I switch back and forth. This was a feature that I used on a regular basis prior to the upgrade. Am I doing something wrong or has this 2-tuner feature gone away?
I was having a similar issue and Verizon employee on this forum suggested I unplug my DVR for 1 minute to reset and that took care of the issue. You might want to try that as well. Hope it helps!
I had already done that after the update. The problem happened a day or 2 later. Regardless, the issue seems to have resolved itself. Thanks for the response.
