Every DVR is a whole house DVR

Not complaining - far from it - I'm happy it's this way.  But is it supposed to be this way?  I have three DVRs and each can access the others.  I was under the impression that only one could serve as the whole house DVR.

Re: Every DVR is a whole house DVR

At the time you signed up for FiOS Television, only 1 DVR could provide content to other STB's in the house. That changed with the arrival of the IMG1.9 firmware last year. IMG1.9 allows any DVR in the household to provide content to other STB's
