Hi:
Why won't the FIOS mobile app recognize my Fios home network/router?
It was working fine at home. I logged in once from outside my home to see if I could watch on my account and now the app will not recognize my home network or allow me to watch most of channels that I am paying for.
I have sent e-mails to support and they either do not respond or only suggest re-installing the software, which I've done numerous times. Also re-booted the FIOS router.
The problem seem on Verizon's end. What can you do so I can watch both inside and outside my home and recognize both the inside and outside networks when I log in?

I am experiencing a similar issue. I only get out of home channels on my iPad despite being connected to the FiOS home router.
A fix to the issue would be greatly appreciated.
