Glad I read this before calling support! Fixed my issue! My question now is "Why doesn't Verizon make this more obvious and save themselves the cost of a lot of support calls???"...

This issue seems to be connected somehow to my own issue of not even being able to log into the MyTV site or "FIOS TV Central" site without it taking me immediately away and back to my account overview page at www22.verizon.com.  There is no way I have found for me to access my own TV listings or STBs without being forced back to the account overview tab on the home site.

 

Anyone having similar issues?
