Having trouble with the sound on the FXM channel. The TV is turned all the way up and all I get is maybe just a hint of the background music. Every other channel appears to be working fine.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having with your audio. I know you are saying this is only happening on this one channel, is it happening on other TV's in the house? To try fixing this press MENU > SETTINGS > LANGUAGE > AUDIO LANGUAGE . Make sure this is set to ENGLISH PREFERRED.

Thank you for your response. The settings were already as you suggested, however the problem has fixed itself.
