I'm having a similar problem. The on demand streaming no longer works.  I've tried downloading the film/show and that works occasionally but now that I've tried it there's no audio. The support staff are unbelievably clueless.  I've called twice. They don't seem to be aware that such a problem is happening, they have no fix and then resort to making you feel like you don't know what you're doing....even though I have said to them REPEATEDLY that I have streamed directly before and that this is a new problem.  Poor poor interface.

Has anyone found a resolution to this issue? I am currently having the same problem. Rented a free on demand program and watched a portion and stopped. I am not able to view it in my mobile app. The device is activated and app updates are current. Have tried signing out and back in but no luck. Anyone else think it's silly you have to do rent on demand from stb ? Comcast XFinity app lets you do everything right in the app... Much better interface
