Having issues with the Caller ID on your FiOS TV? Finding a solution just got easier thanks to a new tool within the In Home Agent. To access it, simply select Menu > Customer Support > In Home Agent > Caller ID Troubleshoot and then press OK.
This tool will allow you to resolve many of your Caller ID issues right through your TV set top box.

Select Menu > Customer Support > In Home Agent .. from where???
In-Home Agent on my PC has nothing about Caller ID Troubleshoot.
The STB has a new Caller ID Troubleshoot menu item, but it doesn't work.

They are indeed talking about the STB menu when stating menu>customer support>in home agent>caller id troubleshooter.
If it doesn't work for you, try rebooting your router first, and then try to run the caller id troubleshooter.
In some cases you have to reboot your router, and then reboot your set top box, and THEN run the caller id troubleshooter.
It has, so far, been very succesful in fixing a lot of users on these forums, so if you are having trouble with it, please try the above steps and try to get it to work. once it's working, it is a great alternative instead of having to call into tech support.

It worked for me. No Caller Id after the latest STB upgrade. Ran the troubleshooter, and it worked. If the test message doesn't appear, there may be something else wrong. I think you also have to do it on each box.
