Getting Bad Gateway error message

Hi, i just signed up for the managing my DVR online through the website. When I try to hit record show or record series for a given program, I get bad gateway error. Can you help me?

Many of us are having the same issues, reported here: http://forums.verizon.com/t5/FiOS-TV-Technical-Assistance/Can-t-connect-to-DVR-remotely-through-web-... Maybe one of Verizon's servers is down. Either way, their software is extremely buggy as this happens far too often and must be fixed.

Same here....it used to work...now it is not
