dUi My stb is now saying DUI every once in a while and now an intermittant buzzing

1st of all....I already was signed in to my Verizon account.. So the 'community' signs me out and makes me sign in again???

 

2nd: My stb has been saying and is now saying dUI every once in a while and now an intermittant buzzing is coming from the box?

   a. dUI must mean something. Does anyone at Verizon know? Was is a focast of my buzzing problem?

My box does the same thing. But it usually happens in groups. I'll get 3 resets in a 2 hr block, while other days run smoothly all day.
