HD Video on Demand problem

Whenever I try to watch HD VOD on my DVR or stb (in another room), the picture and sound comes in scrambled and garbled. The standard definition video on demand works FINE... It's only the HD VOD that is messed up. I have re-booted the stb and DVR and this doesn't work... Any advice?

Both the stb and DVR do not let the HD Video on Demand play. I'll try your suggestion out and see how it goes, thanks.
