HDMI Picture Problem Since 1.9 Upgrade

I found out that there is a "known" issue and the components do not sync correctly. I had to switch back to component cables instead of hdmi cable.

I have the same problem since the 1.9 Upgrade.  The green screen appears randomnly  and I must power down the box and tv to 'fix' the problem.  I can't get through to verizon.  Apparently this is a known bug - when did they say they would fix it?  Are they going to fix it?  Does buying a new HDMI cable help (mine may be an older version)
