Everything works fine except on the tv we no longer have program information. When we hit info on the remote all we get is a message that no program information is available.
Did a reset of the actiontec M-1424-WR, that did not work. Verizon sent a new M-1424-WR, set it up and still "No program information" Any ideas?

On the STB menu go to customer support and run diagnostics. Please see what it tells you for IP Address, Gateway, etc.

Internet and cable tv work, but no program information on any channel. I have reboot the unit twice, and called the verizon 800 number and walked thru that menu, which also resulted in a reboot of the box, but it still does not work.
This happened before, and calling the 800 number and having verizon reset the box worked before - but not working this time.
I wish Verizon made it easy to call and talk to a real person! You spend an hour on the phone waiting and never get an answer.
Funny - if I were to call to order an upgrade, they answer within minutes!

Hi chrusciel,
I believe that the program information on the TV is supplied through the router. So the first thing I would do is reset/reboot your router. If the info does not appear after the router is fully rebooted, the next step would be to run the Network Diagnostic test on your STB. It can be found here:
Menu > Customer Support > In-Home Agent > Network Diagnostics > OK

Just had same problem on Sunday. I turned off the router for about 10 seconds, then when all 6 lights came on green, I then unplugged cable box for 10 seconds. After box rebooted guide was all filled in. Hope this helps!
