How to Connect old TV w/only 1 UHF/VHF input, a FIOS set top box and a combo DVD/VCR player

I have an old Panasonic TV that I want to connect with a FIOS set top box (Motorola QIP6200-2) and a Samsung combo VCR/DVD player (model: DVD-VR375).

The TV has only 1 coaxial input .  That's it folks.  No RCA plugs - nothing.

The set top box back panel has a lot of RCA plugs, and an HDMI one and an SI (S1?) but no coaxial inputs.

The combo VCR/DVD player has almost the same set-up in terms of types of plugs as the set top box.  It has no coaxial plugs.

I'd like to be able to watch the TV using the set-top box and, at times, to view a VCR tape (yes, I still use them!) or a DVD.

I truly have no idea how I would connect the various components using coaxial and composite audio cables - and whatever else I may need.  The user's manual for the combo VCR/DVD player is, naturally, useless.

This is the view of the set top box back panel:

This is the back of the Samsung combo VCR/DVD player:

Many thanks!

Get one of these ...

http://www.amazon.com/Audiovox-Corporation-CRF907-RCA-Modulator/dp/B0014KKV7W/ref=dp_cp_ob_e_title_0

Connect the RF (Coax) output of the STB to the Coax-in on the modulator

Connect the Coax-out on the modulator to the TV

Connect the Video-out and Audio-out RCA jacks on the DVD/VCR to the Video-in and Audio-in on the modulator.

The STB signal will flow thru the modulator and allow you to watch TV as normal.

When you turn the DVD/VCR on, the modulator will sense the signal coming from the device and override the signal and inject it onto the coax (converting it to RF first) so that it shows up on the TV instead of the STB output.   When you're done and turn the DVD/VCR off, the signal from the STB will automatically return to the TV.
