I have 2 DVR's but can only access 1 of them through FIOS TV Central to allow for remote programming. the one is a multi room DVR. . Could this be why? I can see there is a tab on the form for the other DVR on the Central webpage but it says that it is not responding when selected. Can someone advise? thanks!

I have this problems all the time. At times I will log in and see both of my dvr's. Other times I will log in and only see one or none. Most of the time the error says they are not responding. You can reboot them. You can reboot the modem and you can call tech support. Support will have you reboot the modem and have you reboot the boxes. It is a poor system at best and I guess you just have to live with it. I gave up looking anymore.
Don't rely on using the internet to record a show if you are not home. When you really need it the most, it will not be responding.
