My DVR died over the weekend and the new one arrived today (actually its a recon 6216 replacing my new 7216!) and I have it activated and running, but I cant enter my blackberry number in to the mobile DVR manager set up because it recognizes that my blackberry is connected to the old DVR, and the FIOS DVR manager is still linked to that old STB too and I cant find an option to change it. Any ideas out there?
Ignore that, I worked it out. You have to be real quick clicking on the link to remove an associated cell phone number on the mySTBs page before it works out that the STB isnt responding.
