Trying to watch movies I've purchased on my laptop. It asks me to load Microsoft Silverlight which I did but still not working. I can watch via app on ipad but would like to watch on my lap top too.
Can anyone help?
so in 3 years, nobody has figured this out?
i'm having the same problem. i have tried both chrome and edge, and it appears to not recognize that silver light is installed.
at first, i thought it may have been a windows 10 issue, but after seeing this post, i realize it is not specific to win 10.
Anybody have any ideas?
