I have to reset DVR daily.

Almost daily now I have to reset my DVR in order for the multiroom boxes to sync with the DVR.  The message on the screen tells my to order or connect DVR.  The DVR works fine but as before no connectivity with the other multi room boxes.  I am also unable to connect from Internet or DVR manager without unplugging DVR.  Any suggestions?

That's happening to me 4 days in a row now. It's so annoying. I was about ready to quit Verizon immediately.

I called tech support to cuss them out, but the guy is really help. Tell them the problem. According to tech support, the DVR is just dying and they'll send you a new one as soon as possible. But that takes 24-48 business hours and since this is the weekend that means I'm without DVR for the entire weekend and I lose all my recorded shows. Completely crappy, but not the tech support guy's fault.

Related, this is the second DVR that I've had to have replaced.

Still pretty annoyed and pretty sure I'm leaving Verizon as soon as my one year is up, which luckily for me is in 2 weeks.
