In-Home Agent report STB out of sync

I recently purchased NHL Center Ice. Ever since that purchase when I run IHA it reports that my STB is out of sync and missed an update. When I go though the troubleshooting it fails and I'm presented with three options: Chat, connect to verizon.com or call. I've chatted, twice, with tech support and they assure me that everything's fine with my STB. If everything is OK as they say, what can I do to remove this message from IHA?
