Incorrect Info in Spotlight July/Aug Issue

On page 22 of the July/Aug Verizon Spotlight magazine it states " FIOS Digital Voice customers can listen to Voice Mail, view call logs, return calls, and more right on their FIOS TV, Android Mobile device or computer".

After wasting 30 minutes, Customer Service told me this is not true. You CANNOT do this on your FIOS TV.

very strange thing happening here (I am on 1.9 ver 10.90 - the sneak peak) tried to access Message Center today and got this

"Verizon Message Center is not initialized - check network and try again  "  then I hit OK and get Data not available message please try again later"  Never saw this type of message before - got the message when trying to access message center on a 7216 DVR  - Any Ideas??? It is only happening on this one box - not a problem on my 7100 p2's

ok now fixed - somehow it fixed itself or it was the in home agent that fixed it  at any rate - digital voice message center still not active in vho 8Smiley Sad
