I am an EE retired Bell Labs, RCA/GE etc.Computers since 1965
It took 5 hours to install the DVR. TWO hours using so called automatic system. failure over and over
Live TEch took two hours (mulitple telcon) to get the DVR to work. Three phases of downloads Chan 2-49/channel 50 and up / and menus...
Something is WRONG!!!!
I would hope this message would get to a top tech admiinstrator.

1) This is not a help forum. This is for suggesting new ideas.
2) I would remove your phone number (they will edit her soon enough anyway).

or contact TS on twitter @verizonsupport (I have found them helpful and rather quick to respond)
4) If you do decide to post on help forum, please be specific on what the issue currently is (a lot of people are frustrated when they post and the rants don't get more attention IMHO).
