Intermittent issues with video and audio

Noticed several instances in which Video gets really pixelated and audio becomes distorted.  Seems to be an increasing problem.  First noticed occurrence was Sunday evening during NCAA selection show.

Noticed twice yesterday during NCAA games (CBS and TNT).  Again this morning and the reason for starting this thread.

More than 1 STB having the issue?

If not, try checking connectors to see if they are tight.

And/or swap boxes arounf to see if problem follows.

yes happening on more than 1set top box...i rarely watch tv but it is happening nearly every hour now.

Not a true pattern but getting more and more frustrating

Try checking connections from ONT to the first splitter to make sure they are tight.
