Issues with Quantum TV... help appreciated

I'm having some issues with my Quantum TV.
First off, there is a massive delay when pressing play on a dvr'd show. The screen goes black for approximately 10 seconds and then it finally starts to play.
Second, the search function seems to be all messed up. For some reason the default setting is to "dvr" instead of "all" like it should be. Also, once I do a search for a show and find it, the screen just says "loading" when I select it. It won't give me any options like to "record this show" or anything like that.
Thirdly, and this only seems to happen while watching a show that's currently recording, when pressing skip to jump through commercials it always zooms back to a point previous to where I was.
These issues are quite irritating. I'm a very happy customer for the most part and I use basically every service offered by Verizon (cell phones, home phone, tv, Internet, and wireless... and I have the most expensive option of each). These issues have gone on for much longer than they should have in my opinion. Are these issues that are known and currently being worked on? If so, is there any ETA on when we can expect a fix? Everything was working perfectly up until about a few weeks ago.

Edit: I just timed the delay when pressing play on a dvr'd show. I was way off when I said 10 seconds. ... it is a 25 second black screen before the show finally starts playing.

Ah I see. Thank you very much for the info @hlppls . There did seem to be some update last night because now the 30 second delay when pressing play on a dvr'd show is gone. The search function issue is still there though so hopefully that gets addressed soon.

The update only rolled out 9/11/14. Search appears to be fixed.

Ya I got home and noticed the search function is now working properly and still no more delay when pressing play on dvrd shows. I'm a very satisfied customer once again! !!!!
