After the Nov. 1.9.7 Update here in Northern Virginia, my Cisco DVR will only rewind back live TV 30 minutes. Before the upgrade it was 1 hour. Has anybody experienced this? After many calls to Verizon and to the Development team, I was told that only the Northern Virginia customers are experiencing this problem. Back in the beginning of Dec. I was told that an update would come out mid Jan. 2015. I have not seen this update yet. I was also told if I upgraded to Quantum I would not have this problem.
