Are there any procedures out there for enabling a Cable-Card attached Media Computer to receive the same channels I receive on my set-top box (and part of my subscription)? So far the only solution that has been offered (twice to no avail) is replacing the cable card. Cable card works fine on other high def channels (like 507).
I too have the same issue. I have spent several hours on the phone and chat windows. No resolution. Replaced cable card and the new one gets the sub required message on the same channels. The last tech told me it was due to WMC not being able to view MPEG-4 channels, I did some research I a don't think this is it. So back on hold.
Frustrated beyond belief.
