Why would you send a private nessage? We're all having the same problem. How do we fix it?
As I do not see an actual solution described in this topic yet, I guess we must all assume that Verizon is keeping this a secret. I don't understand how that could ever be considered as acceptable customer service. This is almost as ridiculous as VOD being out of service on two Saturday evenings in a row, which just happened to me!
Can't access purchased movies in Flex view on my nexus 7 tablet. DRM license failed. Very frustrating. I'm beginning to wonder why I purchased on Fios...
I am having the same DRM issue as well. All of my downloaded movies that I purchased legitimately and had on my iPad stopped working. I had to spend days to delete and re-download them to get them to work, then a few days later they stopped working again. Should I stop buying movies via FIOS and go back to DVDs and ripping them myself?
