Menus are Weird for DVR and On Demand

Any ideas on fixing this weird display problem which occurs in the DVR and On Demand menus?
It appears there are several copies of the screen overlaying each other (see Verizon logos at right) and the menu selection section (at left) is blank and/or the selector bar hides what is currently selected.
This issue began with the upgraded DVR I recently received.

Really? No one else is having this problem? The double screens makes the DVR menu difficult to use and I have given up on the OnDemand menu. It is UNREADABLE because of this problem.

Doesn't sound like a common error. Perhaps a bad box. Also you did not say what model box.

Used On Demand a lot the last few days and haven't experienced this. You reboot the DVR?
