I tried watching 2 movies last night and they were both pixilated so we were unable to watch them. This has happened in the past. What is this all about?
Do you have more than one box?
If so, does it happen on multiple or just the one?
When VOD pixelates it is usually a problem with the router or ONT. Try rebooting both of them to see if it corrects the problem. Check your coax connections and make sure they are all tight. If the problem still persists call Verizon for a service call.
