I have several HD fios boxes and a Standard box, too.
I want to switch the standard box and an HD box. Along with their respective TVs.
Can I just switch the boxes or is there anything else that needs to be done.
Thanks

No. Everything should work fine. You may want to log onto My Verizon and update the box locations or specify the box locations. That way if you call for support, it will be easier for both you and Verizon.

If by router you mean the Verizon supplied ActionTec router and it's connected via Coax, then yes, no problem. It's all the same cable plant.
