Multiroom DVR not working - cannot view on other boxes

Few days ago I got a new ActionTec device. After installing it I can no longer see my recordings on my other boxes only on the main DVR. I've spent hours on the phone with tech support who seem lost. They've rebooted all DVRs, reset ActionTec, unplugged the coaxial cable. Nothing is working. I'm this close to canceling Verizon.
Also noticed at the same time millisecond blackouts on my main TV (that has the DVR hooked up)

I'm hoping this forum can help because I'm at my wits end!

A technician came out, and after replacing the DVR box and router with no luck, we found the problem to be a bad splitter!

Sounds like you received a defective router to me.....which unfortunately can happen.

What I would do is try hard resetting the router (you'll have to set it all up again) and see if that fixes it unless you already did that then I'd have them send you a new router.

Thanks for responding. I already did that. A tech us coming out on Wednesday <sigh>.
I also forget to mention that when I reboot the main DVR I constantly get the "no data connectivity" error.

Can you get channels on each box?

Not sure how many boxes you have, but have you tried swapping them around?

There is a way to go in to box to see the MOCA rate between boxes (not at home so can't say at the moment).

If someone else can chime in to say what it is, it may tell you if you have a bad coax or something.

Check it from multiple boxes to see how they see each other.
