FiOS TV Technical Assistance

I just downloaded the My FiOS app on my iPhone but I cannot get anything.  The App says "To get started, tap the Verizon APS tab on the bottom of your My FiOS App home screen, and start a one-time download..."  Each time I tap the My FiOS tab, I get the same message...listed above.  Obviously I'm doing something wrong.  Help please.  Thanks

Try going to the App Store and download the FiOS Remote app and the DVR Manager app. All the My FiOS app does is pull everything together.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.  Verizon's May/June 2012 edition of SpotLight Magazine, didn't mention anything about other downloads required,  The page only said I needed to download the My FiOS App.

The DVR Manager app is going away soon and the only APP to use is the FIOS Mobile Remote App.

It contains all the applications.
