FiOS TV Technical Assistance

When i try to switch to NFL network it says "Full-screen guide error has occurred"  "unable to tune to the selected channel"  Can anyone help or tell me whats going on with that?

Where are you located? It could be that you are in a "local" area where the game (Colts/Lions) is blacked out. If so, is the game not available on a local channel?

I am in North Texas, the channel is just fine here.
