New Fios TV customer - access full media guide

I have a HD set top box connected to a standard TV.  I can not access the full menu guide.  When I press the Menu button the half menu shows.  Does anyone know how I can get back the full menu guide?  I had it before.  Thanks.

Hi CAG,

Sounds like your Preferred Guide setting has been changed. Follow either of these two pathways to change it back:

Menu > Settings > Television > Preferred Guide > Full Guide > OK > Exit

Menu > TV Listings > Settings > Preferred Guide > Full Guide > OK > Exit

I contacted Verizon and they reset the set-top box.
