Does the TV come with netflix software already installed? Most devices used to connect to netflix have pre-installed software or may need a netflix provided disc. You may also need to get the code from netflix through your computer and then input it at the TV. If you're able to connect to the internet then one of these other issues may be what's keeping the netflix from working.
