No TV listing for over a month, contacted Verizon twice!

a while back the tv listings on the STB are not working due to "no data connectiviry" and we called verizon and told us there was a internet outage in the area and that it will be fixed tomorrow afternoon. then tomorrow afternoon came by and still nothing, called back and told us the same thing, it has been over a month and the same **** is going on... Im paying for this services and i cant even see whats on TV..

And another problem with verizons internet, on a certain official site that i use all the time and has frequent updates is not i believe being throttled... I tried EVERYTHING and all download speeds are capped at 40kb/s.. I did everything to fix it but nothing is working. I have been with verizon for 4 months and it has all been horrible..

How many TV's do you have?

Do they all have the same problem?

If you only have one TV or all TV's have the same problem, is the LAN Coax light on the router on? If the light is not on the router does not see a cable box in the home.

Reseat the coax on the router and the cable boxes and reboot the router then the cable boxes.
