FiOS TV Technical Assistance

One of the perks of the 1.9 upgrade was the supposed ability to playback an entire recorded series.  I see no option to playback the entire contents of a series folder on the DVR.  Any suggestions?

When you look at the contents of the DVR, scroll to the folder you want to play the contents of, then click on the folder itself (not one of the individual programs), and select Play All. You don't have that option? I Do, although l have never used it.

Nope.  When I click on the folder I can see the STB light blink indicating it recvd the remote signal but nothing happens.

What model DVR do you have? Mine is a QIP7232. And I do have 1.9.

Well, as far as I know it ought to work just fine then. When I click on the folder itself, I get a small pop-up that gives me two options: Play All or Delete All.

Sorry, if you don't see that, I don't have any ideas why or how to get it to work. Hopefully someone else can chime in and help.
