Just had a brand new motorala dvr from verizon installed. I notices ads online saying that the had the pandora app available but it does not even come up in widget list. Do I need to update firmware?
Also can I hook up and external storage to the dvr?
Pandora has not completed its rollout to all areas. I know, since I'm waiting for it also (VH06, Ma.) If the Motorola box is a 7216 or 7232, It will be able to use an ESATA drive, provided your area has been upgraded to IMG 1.9. That rollout also has not been completed. Look at settings/ system info for IMG rev level info.
