On Demand Pixilation and audio cut out

I have had Verizon Fios for approximately a year and I have had this issue of audio cutting out and pixilation for some time.  I finally called to have a tech fix the issue, and even though he was a nice guy who tried everything I still have the problem.  He called his supervisor who stated its a problem on their end.  Ok, well how does that resolve my issue?  I was offered no resolution, just the assurance that they were "looking" into it.  The tech was thorough and replaced the ONT, cabling and splitter, but having new equipment does me no good.  I would like to know if there is someone out there that can give me a fix or help me with getting this resolved?
