Verizon sent me new set top boxes (two out of three) so I could view One America News, Channel 616. My main set top box, in the den, says I have the ability to get it in the den but a box comes up saying to check for upgrade. When I run the check it says I have a compatible set top box but then gives me the check for upgrade notice. Anyone else have this problem and was it resolved?
Thank you, I did get through to Technical support and the support person did confirm that this Set Top Box needed to be replaced. They sent me a new one and it works great.
