Good Morning Everyone,
I'm having a hard time setting up my Panasonic SC-HTB70 to work with my TV and Set-top Box. I have an LG LN5700 TV, Verizon P265 remote and of course my soundbar. The problem is I'm forced to use two remotes to control my system. I cannot regulate my volume using the FIOS remote; I have my soundbar connected directly to the TV via Optical Audio cable, and my set-top box connect the TV via HDMI. Can someone please help me get this setup or advise what I may need to purchase to make this work. Thank you in advance.

You can find refurbs on eBay for 1/2 the price of a new one.

The soundbar has to have a learning function or code for your TV otherwise you need to use 2 remotes or go out and buy a smart remote like already suggested.
